From Infection Control to Patient Safety


Correct Patient Privacy Deficiencies - Fort Harrison, MT

This project involved the construction of a 5,400 SF addition for a new ICU wing and renovations were made to several existing patient rooms on the active third and fourth floors. All major work involved the install of new electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems including a new air handling unit. Extensive infection control and asbestos abatement were also required. All work was completed with an active surgical suite directly below the addition.



Miscellaneous Clinic Repairs - United States Air Force Academy, CO

This design build project involved the design and construction of a new pharmacy window in an active medical facility. Work included electrical, flooring, demolition, framing, painting, concrete, fire alarm, security systems, signs, and finishes. Installation of new wall coverings throughout the surgical suite, the install of new sheet vinyl in all operating rooms, the install of a new hydraulic dock leveler, 2600 ft. of Acrovyn wall panels on several hallways were installed, and the realignment of handicap parking areas. Parking area work included converting existing parking spaces into no-parking zones for emergency vehicle access and completing pavers near fire hydrant. Two proxy card readers on the two external doors at the main entrance were installed including all tie ins and sequencing with existing door openers. Stairwells on floors 1-5 received new all-weather carpeting and footers. Flooring and baseboards in room 1198 were removed and replaced along with the surgery suite and radiology room flooring being removed and replaced. All-weather surface coating on the exterior walkway of the east entrance of building 4102 were replaced.
