EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), NEIC (National Enforcement Investigations Center), Triage Building 25 Addition- Denver Federal Center, CO
This project encompassed the construction of a 2,500 SF triage center addition designed for handling some of the world’s highest level contaminants. This addition was constructed with a structural concrete foundation and structural steel framing. New electrical, fire suppression, mechanical and plumbing systems were installed and were required to be the most advanced systems installed in an EPA facility to properly uphold the rigorous infection control standards needed. New Lab systems that were installed included highly sterile areas, multiple exhaust chemical and fume hoods. A highly advanced control system was installed to ensure monitoring and control of all components. Interior work also included stud framed gypsum wall systems, gasketed air tight drop ceilings and all new finishes throughout the addition.
Jackson Hole Bunkhouse- Jackson, WY
This project included the complete new construction of a 1,600 SF bunkhouse, complete turnkey build of a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ADA equipped, log sided modular home being used to house the staff and volunteers at the National Elk Refuge. All utilities (plumbing, electrical, etc.) were trenched in and tied modular building brought onto site. The construction also included excavation and dirt work, concrete foundations, sprinkler system, sidewalks, patios, driveways, and parking areas. The modular home was fabricated in southwestern Minnesota and shipped to the remote location.
