JE HURLEY Company was established in 2020 by owner Jim Hurley, a retired United States Air Force veteran.  Jim possesses more than 20 years’ experience as a Contracting Officer and retired as one of the Directors of Contracting. Jim has brought the essential knowledge necessary to combat the complicated world of Federal Contracting. As the owner of JE HURLEY Inc. for more than 13 years, Jim and his team successfully completed over 450 construction, supply and service contracts helping to further gain knowledge and expertise at the Federal, state and local levels of contracting. Along with his highly experienced team, JE HURLEY Company forms a powerhouse of dynamic resources that ensures projects are completed with superior quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail that our customers have come to expect.
